综合运用膜片钳电生理技术,在体多通道活体动物记录技术,动物基因操纵以及光遗传学和成像技术,对情感记忆及相关疾病如抑郁症,焦虑症和冲动控制障碍等,在细胞水平,神经环路水平进行多学科的综合研究,以期能阐明正常生理状态下,情感记忆形成的神经环路机制,以及其在相关疾病形成中的作用。
