个人简介

教育经历 1986年-1988年，武汉科技大学化工系　化学专业，本科/学士 1998年-2002年，华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院生物医学工程专业，在职研究生/硕士； 2002年-2005年，华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院生物医学工程专业，研究生/博士工作经历 1995年-2005年，武汉化工学院（现武汉工程大学）化工与制药系，主要从事天然产物化学及精细化工研究; 2005年-至今，华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院，副教授/硕士生导师，主要从事食品、药物天然产物研究。 2013年12月-2014.11 美国罗格斯大学（Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey）化学生物学系做访问学者，合作导师是国际著名的癌症膳食多酚化学防御专家Chung S. Yang，研究方向为茶多酚的抗氧化作用与癌症防御。

研究领域

从事天然产物生物合成、代谢分析、及功能引导下的化学生物学研究，研究对象涉及萜类、生物碱、膳食多酚等重要活性天然产物，擅长利用液质联用、代谢组学、抗氧化分析与自由基检测、酶及蛋白质分离分析等技术，解决食品生物化学、天然药物等领域的重要化学生物学问题。
