教育经历 1982-1986 安徽皖南农学院,作物遗传育种专业学士 1986-1989 南京农业大学,作物遗传育种专业硕士 1996-1999 南京农业大学,作物遗传育种专业博士 2011-2012 英国生物科学与技术研究中心洛桑研究所(Rothamsted Research,BBSRC,UK,国家公派出国访问学者 工作经历 1990-2000 安徽师范大学,生命科学学院,从事遗传学研究 2001年-现在,华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院,从事基因工程与分子生物学研究

研究领域

作物遗传育种,植物基因工程。从事小麦种子储藏蛋白基因的分离与功能研究:分离小麦加工品质性状的功能基因,采用目的基因超量表达或抑制表达的策略,鉴定新基因的功能,进而研究小麦加工品质形成的分子机制;应用基因最小表达框的植物转基因技术,研制加工品质目标性状显著改良的转基因小麦新株系;转基因结合常规杂交、回交育种技术,大规模创制加工品质目标性状和农艺性状都显著改良的转基因小麦新株系,为小麦加工品质改良提供优异种质资源。
