个人简介

现任华中科技大学·武汉光电国家研究中心生物医学光子学功能实验室主任。 1999年同济医科大学免疫学专业毕业,获医学硕士学位。2003年华中科技大学生物医学工程专业毕业,获医学博士学位。自1999年7月,在华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院和武汉光电国家实验室工作,历任讲师(2000.7)、副教授(2004.11)、教授(2008.12)。2002年4月作为访问学者赴美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院Dr. Britton Chance实验室进行为期一年的肿瘤代谢成像合作研究。2007年-2011年期间,曾多次访问加拿大多伦多大学/安大略癌症研究院Dr. Gang Zheng实验室,进行多肽-脂质纳米载体的合作研究。 研究方向为免疫光子学。针对免疫反应可视化研究的重大需求,发展多分子并行检测、活体靶向标记和多层次光学成像新方法,实现了活体免疫反应微环境中多细胞间相互作用、免疫细胞运动行为及其功能的动态成像研究。建立的免疫光子学新技术新方法已应用于肝脏免疫、肿瘤免疫、皮肤免疫和神经免疫的活体可视化研究。在Nature Communications、eLife、Autophagy、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.和ACS Nano等SCI期刊上发表第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文40多篇。获授权中国发明专利 8 项、美国和欧洲发明专利各1项。《Cellular & Molecular Immunology》、《Bioconjugate Chemistry》和《生物化学与生物物理进展》等期刊的编委会委员。

研究领域

研究方向为免疫光子学。针对免疫反应可视化研究的重大需求,发展多分子并行检测、活体靶向标记和多层次光学成像新方法,实现了活体免疫反应微环境中多细胞间相互作用、免疫细胞运动行为及其功能的动态成像研究。建立的免疫光子学新技术新方法已应用于肝脏免疫、肿瘤免疫、皮肤免疫和神经免疫的活体可视化研究。
