研究领域

细胞内的物质运输，研究兴趣主要集中在细胞的内吞（特别是clathrin不依赖途径）和内吞后的膜转运过程的分子机理与调控机制，以及膜转运障碍对细胞内环境稳定性的影响，如导致免疫相关和神经退行性疾病的发生。主要应用激光共聚焦荧光显微成像技术，结合生化与细胞生物学等技术在哺乳动物细胞和模式生物秀丽线虫（C. elegans）上开展上述研究。
