教育经历 1995-1999年武汉大学获学士学位 1999-2006年美国圣母大学获博士学位工作经历 2006-2009年在美国伊利诺依大学香槟分校从事博士后研究工作 2009年至今华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院生物技术系

研究领域

（1）利用微流控技术对宏基因组中的功能基因进行高通量筛选，挖掘未培养微生物中的基因资源（2）利用大数据处理技术研究微生物群落中的初级和次级代谢，阐明群落中不同物种在代谢网络中的作用（3）基于蛋白结构信息的蛋白质工程及产业化应用。
