研究领域

能源生物技术,酶工程,合成生物学,水生生物学。生物柴油制备关键技术、工程化及产业化,生物柴油及油脂高值化技术和工程化应用;脂肪酶基因工程、发酵工程、蛋白质工程、结构生物学、酶固定化新技术,以及其在生物能源、保健食品、生物基新材料、手性药物拆分及新型精细化工品合成等领域的应用研发;合成生物学,生物水泥、磁生物学及场(磁)敏感元件、细胞工厂、生物智造;生物制氢分子机制、代谢调控、制氢关键技术及工程化;能源藻油脂积累代谢调控及生物柴油、高价值产品偶联制备关键技术;自然态和胁迫态下水体生态系统结构与功能及其动态演变过程,生态能量学及生产力生态学、精细食物网构建、水体微生物群落结构动态及其在物质循环(特别是有毒物质分解)中的作用、生态毒理学。
