个人简介

华中科技大学生物医学工程博士。华中科技大学教授(三级),博士生导师,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者。武汉光电国家实验室(筹)主任助理。武汉光电工业技术研究院常务副院长,华中科技大学鄂州工业技术研究院院长。湖北省医疗器械产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长,中国医疗器械行业协会医用软件分会副秘书长,智慧医疗/移动医疗分会副秘书长。中国生物医学工程学会医学物理分会医学影像物理专业委员会常务委员。2002年和2011年分别在美国宾夕法尼亚大学和瑞士日内外大学访问学习。主要研究方向:光电医疗器械,农业光子学,数字医学影像,数字人体及三维可视化。已在Science,Nature Communication, Proceedings of the IEEE, Plant Methods, Medical Physics, Applied Physics Letters, Physics in Medicine and Biology等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文70余篇。获专利10余项,软件著作权8项,主编出版专著一部。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项,863计划项目3项,湖北省自然科学基金重点项目1项。先后获湖北省科技进步一等奖,自然科学一等奖,获中国人民解放军总后勤部科技进步三等奖。湖北省科技创新源泉工程创新创业人才。 大学开始受教育经历 2002年-2005年: 华中科技大学,生命科学与技术学院,获生物医学工程博士学位; 1999年-2002年: 华中科技大学,生命科学与技术学院,获生物医学工程硕士学位; 1995年-1999年: 原华中理工大学,电子与信息工程系,获工学学士学位。 研究工作经历 2011年12月- 武汉光电国家实验室生物医学光子学功能实验室,副主任 2011年7-12月:瑞士日内瓦大学,访问学者, Senior scientist 2010年-现在:华中科技大学,生命科学与技术学院,教授、博导 2005年-2010年:华中科技大学,生命科学与技术学院,副教授 2002年-2003年:美国宾夕法尼亚大学生物化学与生物物理系,交流学习 2017年- :华中农业大学兼职教授

研究领域

主要从事数字生命、数字化医疗、农业光子学和医疗器械研究。包括数字人体和数字小动物的整体三维结构数据集构建,生理信息的整合、模拟与可视化;基于移动终端生理监护和远程影像三维渲染的数字化医疗研究;农作物(水稻,小麦)表型形状光学和CT检测仪器研制和共焦光学内窥镜医疗器械研制。
