研究领域

共轭聚合物 采用主-客体策略成功合成了水溶性PDA。所得聚合物的晶体结构证明了PDA材料的优良性能。这种材料在pH条件下具有显著的显色性。经FITC或TPE-CN修饰后,材料对不同pH刺激表现出不同的荧光响应。因此,我们开发了一种新型的刺激响应功能材料。 AIE光敏剂 研究开发了一种在肿瘤治疗中具有良好PDT作用的新型AIE分子,在光照射下可在15秒内诱导细胞凋亡。同时,荧光信号读出量的增加可以快速地原位评价其治疗反应。这种单分子不仅可以有效地进行PDT治疗,而且可以实时反馈其疗效,对评估和指导治疗具有重要意义。 药物传递系统 药物缓释平台的特点。A):装载DOX的LLC凝胶的累计DOX释放;B、C为不同配比(B: SPC:GDO = 50:50;c: SPC:GDO = 70:30)。比例尺:100μm缓释平台特点。A):装载DOX的LLC凝胶的累计DOX释放;B、C为不同配比(B: SPC:GDO = 50:50;c: SPC:GDO = 70:30)。范围:100μm
