个人简介

1998年本科毕业于南开大学化学系,2003年博士毕业于中山大学物理系,2003年7月至今在华中科技大学生物医学光子学中心工作,历任讲师(2003.7)、副教授(2004.11)、教授(2009.11)。期间,2005-2007年在美国中佛罗里达大学光学院(CREOL)作博士后研究,2015-2016年在美国科罗拉多大学博尔德分校电气工程系作访问教授。入选2010年度新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2012年度“华中学者”晨星岗,2016年度“华中学者”特聘岗。2009年开始,致力于超分辨光学成像方法技术及其生物医学应用研究,发表通讯作者SCI论文约30篇(包括Optics Letters 3篇,Optics Express 7篇),以及近10篇合作论文(包括Nature Communications 2篇, JACS 1篇)。目前主持NSFC仪器项目(自由申请)1项,参与973项目1项。曾主持完成NSFC项目3项,参与973和863项目多项。

研究领域

超分辨光学成像,主要研究内容包括:1)适用于单分子荧光成像的新型弱光探测器;2)高速图像处理算法和异构计算软硬件;3)超分辨光学成像技术在神经科学及临床检测中的应用。
