主要从事纳米肿瘤学研究,特别侧重于采用生物来源纳米药物(如细胞分泌的微颗粒及外泌体载药系统)及肿瘤微环境响应的智能纳米药物来靶向肿瘤干细胞及改造肿瘤的免疫微环境,探讨其抗肿瘤作用及分子机制,并发展肿瘤综合治疗策略
