个人简介

华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院副教授,博士生导师。2007年6月获得华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位,2007年7月进入华中科技大学材料科学与工程学院从事博士后研究,2009年3月留校任教。主要从事铁电压电陶瓷材料及器件研究。主持承担国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家科技重大专项02专项子课题、湖北省自然科学基金面上项目、武汉市电子信息产业发展资金项目等10余项,已经在国内外重要学术刊物Applied Physics Letters、Journal of the European Ceramic Society、Journal of Alloys and Compounds、Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics及《无机材料学报》等发表学术论文20余篇,授权发明专利4项。
