个人简介

2009年1月毕业于中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所,获得材料学专业工学博士学位。2009年2月进入华中科技大学电子科学与技术系从事教学和科研工作,讲授《固体电子学基础》本科生必修课程,所属研究团队为武汉光电国家实验室的骨干研究团队,目前从事信息存储材料及器件方面的研究工作。
