个人简介

1998.4—2000.9 深圳市华为技术有限公司 项目经理 2005.5-----2008.1 中山大学理工学院 讲师 2008.3 至今华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院 副教授 1972年10月出生。博士,副教授,硕士生导师。目前从事太赫兹二维、三维成像、太赫兹遥感以及太赫兹与物质相互作用的研究和固体物理,半导体器件物理教学工作。

研究领域
