个人简介

1988年6月于华中理工大学固体电子学系获“半导体物理与器件”专业工学学士学位; 1991年6月于华中理工大学固体电子学系获“电子材料与元器件”专业工学硕士学位; 1994年10月于华中理工大学固体电子学系获“电子材料与元器件”专业工学博士学位; 1994年10至今于华中科技大学电子科学与技术系任教; 1997年9月至1998年8月在俄罗斯莫斯科大学进行访问研究; 2002年7月至12月在英国曼彻斯特大学进行高级访问研究。

研究领域

微波介质材料及其相关通信器件; 铁电压电陶瓷材料及其元器件; 低温共烧(LTCC)及表面贴装元件(SMC); 电子元件自动测试仪器技术。
