学习工作经历: 1988年9月至1991年6月在成都科技大学攻读无机化工专业硕士学位 1996年9月至2001年6月在华中科技大学攻读微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位 工作经历: 1991年7月至1996年8月在湖北进出口商品检验局任检验工程师 1997年9月至2000年5月在华中理工大学电子科学与技术系任讲师 1999年5月至2000年10月借调教育部科技司任高校科技项目主管 2000年6月至2003年6月在华中科技大学电子科学与技术系任副教授 2002年9月至2003年9月在英国Sheffield大学电子电气工程系EPSRC National Centre for III-V Technologies 访问留学 2003年7月至2012年5月任华中科技大学电子科学与技术系教授 2004年6月被聘为华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学专业、材料物理与化学专业博士生导师 2012年6月起任华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院教授

研究领域

主要从事氧化物导电薄膜材料、低维化合物半导体材料制备与性能表征、宽带隙光电薄膜材料湿化学方法制备、低成本高稳高效量子点太阳能转换技术及红外探测技术、新一代微纳电子器件制备及集成技术、微纳电子器件物理及数字模拟等研究工作。
