中国科学技术大学获得学士学位,美国斯坦福大学获得硕士、博士学位。曾在美国应用材料公司及英特尔研究院担任高级技术职务。国家“计划”、“中青年科技创新领军人才计划”入选者,国家重大科学研究计划(973)青年科学家专题项目首席科学家,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者,湖北省“杰出青年基金”获得者,湖北省特聘专家,华中科技大学柔性电子研究中心副主任
