个人简介

华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院教授、博士生导师。自2001年起一直从事新型高性能光电、电子功能材料与元器件研究,2008年获得微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,2009年至2011年期间在加拿大多伦多大学从事胶体量子点光电功能器件方向博士后研究工作,2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2013年受聘华中科技大学"华中学者"晨星岗。近五年面向国家环境保护领域对高灵敏、低功耗气体传感技术的重大需求,带领团队主要从事室温/近室温量子点气敏材料和气体传感器研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划“大气污染成因与控制技术研究”重点专项青年项目、国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目等科研项目。在Nature Materials(2篇)、Nature Photonics(1篇)、Advanced Materials(3篇)、Nano Letters(1篇)、Advanced Functional Materials(2篇)和Chemistry of Materials(1篇)等期刊发表论文70余篇,SCI引用超过2000次,已授权中国发明专利18项。应邀在美国材料学会春季会议(2017 MRS Spring)、中国气湿敏传感技术学术交流会等国内外学术会议上作邀请报告,是中国电子学会气湿敏传感技术专委会委员。获中国电子学会科技进步一等奖(2014年)和湖北省技术发明奖一等奖(2010年)。
