个人简介

韩小涛,男,汉族,湖北广水人,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才、华中学者,IEEE高级会员,国家脉冲强磁场科学中心常务副主任,国家重大科技基础设施脉冲强磁场实验装置控制系统负责人,脉冲强磁场实验装置二期工程副总工程师、总经济师,国家重点研发计划项目首席,国家自然科学基金重点项目负责人,国家自然科学基金委创新群体、教育部创新团队骨干成员。长期从事强磁场时空调控技术及其应用研究,主持研制了放电拓扑动态重构、高精度时序可调的脉冲强磁场装置中央控制系统,居国际同类设施领先水平;研发了多种类型高稳定度平顶脉冲强磁场技术,在国际上首次实现平顶强磁场下的NMR和I-V等测量;积极推动电磁成形技术的工程化应用,制定首个氢燃料电池金属双极板电磁成形企业标准;主持国家重点研发计划大科学装置前沿研究重点专项、国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金重点项目、湖北省重点研发计划项目和武汉市应用基础前沿专项等多项纵向课题,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI/EI收录论文70余篇,以第一发明人授权国家发明专利40余项、美国专利3项;作为核心成员,先后获得国家科技进步一等奖、湖北省科技进步特等奖和湖北省技术发明一等奖、中国电工技术学会科技进步一等奖等。教学方面,承担《信号与系统》、《强磁场技术与应用》、《电力系统谐波》等本科和研究生课程教学任务,获得湖北省教学成果特等奖,湖北省高等学校优秀共产党员、华中科技大学“三育人”奖、“知心导师”、“优秀教师班主任”等荣誉称号。

研究领域

1)电磁测量与信号处理:微弱信号测量、强电磁量测量、传感器与智能仪器、模拟和数字信号处理; 2)强电磁技术与应用:电磁成形与制造、大功率太赫兹波源及应用、脉冲核磁共振、磁靶向与微流控技术
