1993年在陕西省林科院晋升助理工程师，1999年在原西北农业大学晋升副教授，2006年在西北农林科技大学晋升教授。 2、受教育经历 1978年9月 -1982年7月，西北大学，化学系，本科/学士； 1997年9月 -1999年7 月，西北农林科技大学，硕士研究生/硕士； 2000年9月 -2004年7月，西北农林科技大学，博士研究生/博士。 3、研究工作经历 1982年7月 -1996年4月，陕西省林业科学研究院化学相关研究； 1988年9月至1989年4月，美国农业部生物实验室访问（合作）研究； 1996年4月-2008年7月，西北农林科技大学植物保护学院教学科研； 2007年4月-2008年4月，奥地利因斯布鲁克大学微生物研究所访问（合作）研究。 2008年7月-2016年12月，西北农林科技大学理学院应用化学系教学科研； 2017年1月开始，西北农林科技大学化学与药学院有机化学系教学科研。

研究领域

主要从事真菌代谢产生的农药活性和致病活性物质的分离纯化和相关机理研究。
