1994年9月-1998年 7月就读于西安交通大学电子科学与技术系，获学士学位 1998年7月-2000年12月在深圳赛格日立彩色显示器件有限公司从事工艺技术工作，技术员 2002年9月-2009年12月就读于西安交通大学电子科学与技术系（硕博连读，师从唐天同教授），获博士学位 2009年12月起留校任教，讲师 2013年12月-至今副教授
