1994年9月-1998年 7月 就读于西安交通大学电子科学与技术系,获学士学位 1998年7月-2000年12月 在深圳赛格日立彩色显示器件有限公司从事工艺技术工作,技术员 2002年9月-2009年12月 就读于西安交通大学电子科学与技术系(硕博连读,师从唐天同教授),获博士学位 2009年12月起留校任教,讲师 2013年12月-至今 副教授
