2001/04- 至今 西安交通大学,破格教授,“腾飞人才计划”首批特聘教授; 2005/08 – 2007/12:美国阿肯色大学微电子与光子学系,国家科学基金材料研究科学与工程中心,助理研究员; 2001/04 -2004/04:美国康涅狄格大学文理学院物理系原子、分子和光物理研究中心,助理研究员; 1999/06-2001/05,西安交通大学,电信学院,破格副教授; 1997/07-1999/05,西安交通大学,电信学院,讲师 1995/07-1997/06,西安交通大学,电信学院,助教。 现任光电子与物理电子工程研究所所长,电子物理与器件教育部重点实验室副主任及学术委员会委员, 陕西省信息光子技术重点实验室学术委员会委员。美国国家自然科学基金实验物理化学项目、中国国家自然科学基金光学和光电子学项目、科技部国际科技合作计划项目、国家科技计划项目、陕西省科技计划项目、教育部科技发展中心科研基金和科技奖励评审专家库专家、及全国优秀博士学位论文特邀评审专家; PRL、PRA、OL、OE、JOSAB、Nanotechnology等二十余种刊物的特约评审专家。
