个人简介

1982年1月毕业于西安交通大学电子工程系，教授，博士生导师。1987年6月获西安交通大学电子物理与器件专业硕士学位，1992年7月获中国原子能科学研究院加速器物理及应用专业博士学位，1992年12月至1994年8月在西安交通大学电子学与通信博士后科研流动站从事博士后科研工作，2002年7月至12月在日本佐贺大学做高级访问学者，任客座教授。2000年获国务院政府特殊津贴。政协西安市第十届和第十一届委员会委员。历任西安交通大学电子工程系电子束离子束教研室副主任，精细功能电子材料与器件国家专业实验室副主任，电子与信息工程学院物理电子与光电子技术系副主任，电子与信息工程学院党总支副书记，电子物理与器件研究所副所长、所长，电子科学与技术系主任，电子物理与器件教育部重点实验室主任，电子与信息工程学院党委书记。

研究领域

高功率微波器件及应用；放电等离子体器件及应用；微波无线电能传输；生物系统太赫兹电磁场效应。
