徐友龙,男,西安交通大学二级教授、博士生导师,电子科学与技术系主任,先进储能电子材料与器件研究所所长,陕西省先进储能电子材料与器件工程研究中心主任,中国电子学会会士,中国电子学会电子材料与器件专业委员会副主任委员,中国电子元件行业协会电容器分会电解电容器专业技术委员会主任委员,陕西省电子学会常务理事兼电子材料与器件专业委员会主任委员,西安市纳米科技学会理事长。 入选“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,获得教育部首届青年教师奖、陕西省有突出贡献专家、陕西省教学名师等荣誉称号。 2010年起担任《纳米科技》期刊主编、《电子元件与材料》、《电子元器件应用》和《微纳电子技术》、《现代电子技术》等期刊编委。 2003-至今 教授,博士生导师 西安交通大学 电子科学与技术系 2001-2002 访问教授 日本东京工业大学, 2001-至今 教授(破格晋升) 西安交通大学 电子科学与技术系 1997-2001 副教授 西安交通大学 电子科学与技术系 1989-1997 助教、讲师 西安交通大学 电子科学与技术系
