研究领域

1. 新型色心单光子源的可控制备、探测、操控和量子应用 基于X射线、电子、γ射线、离子、飞秒激光等辐照手段可控制备色心单光子源,开发高灵敏光探测磁共振(ODMR)和光电探测共振(PDMR)等技术,实现电子自旋的探测和操控、以及基于色心单光子源和自旋探测的量子应用。 目前主要关注hBN、SiC、GaN、AlN、Ga2O3等宽带隙半导体以及Si、碳纳米管等色心单光子源。 2. 时空分辨瞬态吸收显微光谱和成像技术以及纳米材料和器件的超快载流子动力学 自主搭建了超高信噪比的时空分辨瞬态吸收显微光谱和成像系统,时间分辨300fs,空间分辨低至200nm,信噪比ΔR/R<5x10-7,可以同时扫描泵浦光束和探测光束研究载流子弛豫动力学,也可以固定泵浦光束,扫描探测光束研究载流子扩散、传输、转移动力学。 目前主要关注层状二维材料、异质结和器件的载流子扩散、传输和转移动力学。 3. 圆二色显微光谱和成像技术以及手性纳米结构的光学活性 自主搭建了圆二色显微光谱和成像系统,以实现单个手性纳米结构的探测和研究。 目前主要关注:(1)单个手性物质的光学性质、实时观察及其调控,包括单个手性超分子,单个螺旋金纳米粒子、手性二维材料等。(2)二维材料谷电子极化引起的圆偏振荧光及其与手性结构的耦合。(3)生物螺旋结构的圆二色成像。 4. 二维材料的生长、修饰和性质调控 我们在实验室搭建了两套低压CVD系统,用于生长二维材料。 目前主要关注:(1)二维材料及其异质结的制备和生长机理研究。(2)开发新型的共价和非共价化学修饰方法,用于调控单层和少层二维纳米材料能带结构、光学、电学、等性质。
