研究领域

1)发动机主动热防护 作为发动机工作在燃烧的极端物理条件下,必须要对发动机进行有效的热防护,才能保证发动机可靠而安全的运行。主动热防护(即低温燃油冷却吸收来自发动机壁面的热量后注入发动机进行燃烧,能量得到回收的同时也提高了燃料的燃烧效率,同时避免引入外来冷却介质而带来的质量惩罚以及昂贵耐高温材料的使用,从而相应地提高发动机的性能)是发动机热防护研究的重点,具有非常大的科学意义和实际指导价值。 主要研究:燃烧室与冷却通道的耦合传热、冷却通道优化,强化换热、纳米强化传热、燃油高温裂解流动传热、多孔发汗冷却等 2)传热过程与化学反应动力学耦合 针对发动机常规燃料无相变吸热温升的物理热沉不足,吸热型碳氢燃料在冷却通道内吸收发动机高温壁面的热量,并发生吸热型裂解化学反应,提供额外的化学热沉,使得常规的传热过程不仅与流动过程有关,而且与燃料化学反应动力学密切相关。 主要研究:碳氢燃料加热裂解过程对传热的影响规律,不同燃料流动特性、燃料组分对裂解的影响规律等。 3)燃油裂解与结焦抑制、喷射与燃烧 碳氢燃料高温裂解化学反应动力学决定了燃料的裂解产物、裂解吸热能力的大小等。而高温裂解同时伴随着焦炭沉积,从而影响高温壁面的热量传递。 主要研究:碳氢燃料的组分及性质,燃料裂解化学反应动力学、碳氢燃料结焦规律及其抑制,燃料裂解后的喷射及燃烧特性。利用国家先进的同步辐射技术探测不稳定自由基引入到碳氢燃料裂解机理及结焦反应路径、反应动力学简化、超绝热燃烧气化技术研究等。 同时与物理的电场、磁场交叉,获得国家自然基金重大研究计划重点项目支持“航空发动机喷嘴多物理场/多相耦合反应下静电场对积碳抑制的作用机理研究”
