个人简介

汪香婷, 教授，博导。1997年本科毕业于河北医科大学临床医学系。2000年获得北京大学医学部病理生理学硕士学位。2007年获得美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校分子病理系博士，并留校进行博士后研究。主要研究方向为长链非编码RNA （lncRNA）、与神经退行性变相关的RNA结合蛋白和组蛋白在肿瘤相关基因的转录调控和DNA损伤修复等方面的研究。相关工作发表在Nature等国际著名期刊上，其中关于lncRNA在基因转录调控中作用的论文是该领域的开创性著作之一，对推动lncRNA的发展发挥了积极作用。

研究领域

1）LncRNA和RNA结合蛋白在gamma射线引发的DNA损伤修复中的作用机理； 2）筛选在肿瘤放化疗过程中发挥作用的lncRNA及其作用机理的研究。
