个人简介
单革:教授,博导,国家杰出青年基金获得者。1995年兰州大学细胞生物学学士,1998中科院上海细胞所硕士,2004年美国佐治亚州立大学博士。先后在美国爱默蕾(Emory)大学和耶鲁大学(导师Sidney Altman, RNA酶的发现人之一、1989诺贝尔化学奖)进行博士后研究。2010年进入中国科学技术大学工作。单革博士长期从事基因表达调控和非编码RNA功能及功能机理方面的研究。实验室成立以来,发现了新的非编码RNA类型(EIciRNA、5S-OT、ASAT siRNA、tiny RNA、p53点突变适配体RNA)、研究了新的非编码RNA功能、揭示了新的非编码RNA作用机理、探索了新的非编码RNA研究方法。实验室成立以来在Developmental Cell (2017),Nature Structural & Molecular Biology(2015, Highlighted in Nature reviews Molecular Cell Biology 及 Science Editors’ Choice),Nature Structural & Molecular Biology(2016, News and views in NSMB,入选Nature mRNA splicing 40 years on collection),Nature Communications(2012, Highlighted in Nature reviews Genetics 及 Nature reviews Microbiology),和P.N.A.S(2015, Direct submission)等期刊发表多篇研究论文。教育部“新世纪人才”(2010),中科院优秀研究生导师(2016),科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”(2016),基金委“国家杰出青年基金”(2017)。
