个人简介

潘文,中国科学技术大学生命科学学院特任教授;2006年获南京大学生物技术学士学位;2012年获中国科学院上海生命科学研究院博士学位,中科院院长优秀奖;美国耶鲁大学遗传学系博士后。2014-2017年获美国Leukemia and Lymphoma Society基金会研究资助。目前主要研究肿瘤免疫抑制微环境介导免疫逃逸的新机制,并设计免疫干预治疗新策略。发表学术论文16篇,以第一或共第一在国际知名期刊Immunity (2017)、Nature Medicine (2012)、Nature Communication(2015)以及J Immunol (2010)上发表研论文。研究工作多次被Nature Reviews Immunology, Nature Medicine和Nature Immunology点评以及被Faculty 1000收录和推荐。 教育和研究经历: 2002-2006年,南京大学生命科学学院,获学士学位 2006-2012年,中科院上海生命科学研究院健康科学研究所,获细胞生物学博士学位 2013-2018年,美国耶鲁大学医学院遗传系,博士后 2018年至今,中国科学技术大学生命科学学院特任教授,教授博导

研究领域

肿瘤免疫治疗是近年来肿瘤治疗领域一大创新成就。免疫检查点阻断治疗(Anti-PD-1/L1)是肿瘤免疫治疗的最重要手段之一。尽管取得了辉煌的成就,当前免疫检查点阻断治疗在不同肿瘤类型中,仍然存在至少60%以上病人对于治疗“不反应。所以如何提高60%以上病人对于免疫治疗的反应率?如何寻找靶向肿瘤免疫抑制微环境和抑制细胞亚群功能的新治疗策略,是肿瘤免疫学研究领域的痛点和热点,也是未来联合免疫疗法的重要方向。
