研究领域
运用结构生物学(主要为冷冻电镜三维重构技术和X-射线晶体学)和生物化学等手段研究细胞中关键的、与重大疾病相关的膜蛋白分子机制,研究细胞内重要生物大分子机器的结构与功能。
