个人简介

王志刚,男,1969年1月出生于安徽省怀远县,1991年7月毕业于南开大学化学系,获理学学士学位;1994年毕业于南开大学,获理学硕士学位,研究方向:高分子共混物相分离动力学;1997年毕业于中国科学院长春应用化学研究所,获理学博士学位,研究方向:高分子共混物结晶动力学;高分子材料结构与性能关系。1997年-2000年在美国纽约州州立大学石溪分校化学系做博士后,研究方向:同步辐射X-射线散射和衍射研究聚合物聚集态结构及其形成和演变的动力学过程; 2000年-2002年在美国国家标准和技术研究所做访问学者,研究方向:多相多组分聚合物共混物的形态结构与性能关系;2002年-2004年在美国艾瑞利公司研发中心任高级研究员,研究方向:多相多组分聚合物复合材料的界面和表面结构; 2007年在美国加州州立大学圣他芭芭拉分校材料研究所任访问学者,研究方向:聚合物凝胶化法制备高强度聚合物仿生材料; 2008年10月-2008年12月在美国纽约州州立大学宾汉姆分校机械工程系任访问教授,研究方向:碳纳米管聚合物复合材料的网络结构和晶体生长机理;2004年-2009年在中国科学院化学研究所任研究员,博士生导师,研究方向:聚合物体系结晶动力学和共混及复合材料的流变学;2010年-至今:中国科学技术大学高分子科学与工程系任教授,研究方向:聚合物体系结晶和流变学,聚集态结构的调控,以及结构与性能的关系。曾入选中国科学院2004年“百人计划”,获得择优支持,并于2008年6月顺利通过终期评估。长期从事高分子物理与化学的基础研究 (聚合物及其共混物、填充体系的分相、结晶和流变学研究),工程塑料的增强和增韧机理研究, 以及高聚物/粘土纳米复合材料以及高聚物/碳纳米管复合材料制备和性能研究。迄今,已发表学术论文105篇(不含会议论文),其中SCI论文95篇;2006年以来这些论文被SCI论文总引用1268次,他引1078次。另外,还发表美国化学学会和美国物理学会的国际会议论文40余篇。申请发明专利6项,其中国际专利一项,获得授权2项。作为项目负责人,主持并完成基金委重大基金项目子课题1项和面上项目2项,主持并完成中石油企业产业开发项目2项,主持基金委在研面上项目1项。
