研究内容1:微波介质陶瓷组成设计、介质陶瓷基板材料、滤波器陶瓷及器件、低温共烧LTCC微波陶瓷、玻璃陶瓷材料。研究内容2:多层陶瓷电容器MLCC材料、钛酸钡陶瓷铁电机理研究。研究内容3:介质材料结构与性能计算。
