研究领域

锂离子电池正极材料的设计、合成与应用研究,并与产业界紧密结合,将技术等科研成果尽快转化成生产力。主要研究和产业化的正极材料包括改性层状钴酸锂、高密度钴酸锂、高电位钴酸锂;改性层状镍钴酸锂、高密度与高能量密度镍钴酸锂;高比容量、高振实密度、高倍率、长循环寿命橄榄石型磷酸铁锂;高比容量、长高温循环寿命改性尖晶石型锰酸锂;高能量密度、高安全性、长循环寿命改性层状镍钴铝酸锂(NCA)及其衍生产品;高比容量、长循环寿命、高安全性改性层状镍钴锰酸锂三元正极材料等;正在研究的正极材料包括聚阴离子型硅酸亚铁锂/C复合材料及其衍生产品,包括硅酸锰锂/C,硅酸钒锂/C,硅酸钴锂/C等;改性层状富锂锰基正极材料;改性层状锰系正极材料;层状钒酸锂正极材料;磷酸亚铁锂/C复合材料衍生产品,包括磷酸钒锂/C、磷酸锰锂/C、磷酸钴锂/C等。 研究内容2 化合物型半导体薄膜太阳能电池材料与器件研究。主要包括III-V族化合物,如GaAs、InAs、GaP、InP、GaSb、InSb、GaN、InN及其衍生物;II-VI族化合物,如ZnO、ZnS、ZnSe、ZnTe、CdS、CdTe及其衍生物,包括CIS、CIGS、CZTS等。
