个人简介
张晓霞:女,电子科技大学光电信息学院教授,博士生导师。1987年四川大学理论物理专业研究生毕业,2001年获西南交通大学激光与光通信博士学位,2004年3月作为访问学者在英国伦敦帝国理工学院作访问学者。2012年8月作为访问学者在英国伦敦学院大学从事微波光子学理论等研究工作。目前主要从事集成光学理论及器件、光通信技术与器件等方面的研究工作。作为项目负责人作,已完成的相关科研课题:1. 国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)"基于光与无线融合的微波光子探测关键技术研究"(批准号:2009AA03Z413)。2. 国家自然科学基金《光电信息功能材料重大研究计划》"磷酸盐光波导中电子输运过程的动力学性质研究(90201011)"。3.国家自然科学基金“光与无线融合的光波导接收器件原理与关键科学问题研究”(61275039)。4. 省部级基金项目"窄线宽掺铒磷酸盐光波导激光器的研制"。5. 省部级项目"1054nm组合光波导激光器阵列"。作为主研人参与或完成的相关科研课题:1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目“垂直腔中载流子输运性质及低维系统的动力学仿真研究(10174057)”。2.省部级项目“掺铒磷酸盐光波导放大器的研制(41302040302)”。3. 省部级基金项目“质子交换铌酸锂波导电光A/D转换器技术研究(54102040203DZ02)”。在Applied Surface Science, Chinese Physics, Optics & Laser Technology, Chinese Optics Letters等刊物上发表论文五十余篇,被《SCI》、《EI》等机构检索收录30余篇。申请国家发明专利八项,其中授权两项,合作出版著作“激光物理”“光电物理基础”两本。担任半导体光电子学、量子力学与统计物理、量子力学等课程的主讲工作。
