个人简介

王军,男,教授,博士。2002年本科毕业于电子科技大学物理电子技术方向,2008年获电子科技大学光学工程博士学位。长期从事红外探测器、有机电致发光器件、微细加工工艺相关方向的研究。近年参与了国家重大专项、国家自然科学基金、总装预研等多项国家、省部级项目,迄今在Applied Physics Letters、Journal of Physics D:Applied Physics、Semiconductor Science and Technology、Journal of Luminescence等期刊上发表研究论文20余篇,被SCI/EI检索10余篇,参与申请国家发明专利十余项。

研究领域

长期从事红外探测器、有机电致发光器件、微细加工工艺相关方向的研究。
