个人简介
于贺,女,博士,副教授。2007年本科毕业于电子科技大学光电信息学院信息显示与光电技术专业。2013年获得电子科技大学光学工程博士学位。读博期间于2010年—2012年在美国伊利诺大学香槟分校进行了两年的联合培养学习。2013年任教于电子科技大学,2016年晋升副教授。长期从事新型传感器的设计和研制工作。在Journal of Applied Physics, Plasma Sources Science & Technology, Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology A等SCI期刊上发表论文20篇,申请国家发明专利6项。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、总装型谱、总装预研等项目5项。为本科生讲授《薄膜技术》课程。
