个人简介
1964年2月生。现为电子科技大学光电信息学院院长、教授、博士生导师、四川省学术和技术带头人、部级电子元器件技术专家组专家,《传感器技术》、《仪器技术与传感器》、《传感技术学报》编委、美国AAAS会员、《Sensors & Actuators》审稿人,教育部新型传感器重点实验室主任、电子薄膜与集成器件国家重点实验室副主任等职。94年入选四川省首批跨世纪杰出青年学科带头人、96年获电子工业部优秀科技青年奖及称号和四川省青年科技奖、98年获国家政府津贴、99年获四川省普通高校“十佳青年教师”和四川省杰出青年科技创新奖、2000年获成都市“十大杰出青年”称号、2004年入选“新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选”并获“国家杰出青年科学基金”、2005年被聘为“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、2007年获得全国优秀教师称号。
