Her areas of clinical expertise include cystic fibrosis, general internal medicine and internal medicine. Dr. West completed her undergraduate work at the University of Florida and attended medical school at the University of South Florida. She then moved to Vanderbilt University for an internal medicine residency, where she served as a Hugh Jackson Morgan Chief Resident. Dr. West earned a Master of Health Science at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2011. Dr. West joined the Johns Hopkins Cystic Fibrosis Center’s adult cystic fibrosis team as a faculty member in 2012, after completing her fellowship in pulmonary and critical medicine at Johns Hopkins. Her research interests include home spirometry and symptom monitoring in CF patients, and outcomes in cystic fibrosis. Dr. West was awarded a prestigious Shwachman Award from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

研究领域
