Dr. Clare Jung Eun Lee is an assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her area of clinical expertise is endocrinology. Dr. Lee earned her M.D. from State University of New York School of Medicine at Stony Brook. She completed her residency in internal medicine at University of Maryland Medical Center and performed a fellowship in endocrinology at Johns Hopkins. Her research interests include type 2 diabetes and obesity and metabolic changes in bariatric surgery. Dr. Lee is an author of point-of-care guides for other doctors, including guides related to gastroparesis, bariatric surgery, and celiac disease and type 1 diabetes.
