个人简介

Dr. Ya-Chi Ho is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She serves as the Co-Director of the HIV Cure Scientific Working Group at the Johns Hopkins Center for AIDS Research (CFAR). She received her M.D. from National Cheng Kung University School of Medicine in Taiwan and M.S. of Clinical Medicine from National Taiwan University School of Medicine. She completed medical residency and fellowship training in infectious diseases at National Taiwan University Hospital in Taiwan. Dr. Ho provided inpatient and outpatient services as an infectious disease attending physician at National Taiwan University Hospital, Yun-Lin Branch for one year. She received her Ph.D. and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in HIV cure research from Johns Hopkins before transitioning to a faculty position. Her research interests include molecular mechanisms of HIV latency, strategies to cure HIV infections and assays to measure the size of the latent reservoir. She is a member of the American Society for Microbiology. M.D., National Cheng Kung University (Taiwan) (2002) M.S., National Taiwan University (Taiwan) (2007) Ph.D., Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (Maryland) (2013)
