Dr. Keira Cohen is an instructor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her areas of clinical expertise include mycobacterial infection, bronchiectasis, pulmonary disease and critical care medicine. Dr. Cohen earned her M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and performed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the Harvard-Brigham and Women's Hospital pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship program. Dr. Cohen joined the Johns Hopkins faculty in 2017. Her research interests include tuberculosis, nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM), bacterial genomics and drug resistance.
