Dr. Edward Chen is an assistant professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His areas of clinical expertise include emergency medicine, pulmonary medicine and sarcoidosis. Dr. Chen earned his M.D. from Johns Hopkins. He completed his residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He performed a fellowship in pulmonary medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary diseases at Johns Hopkins. His research interests include granulomatous inflammation, bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis and clinical and translational research in sarcoidosis.
