研究领域

甾醇、多酚、黄酮类化合物等功能成分的提取分离及功效研究 以天然植物源生物大分子(如大麦醇溶蛋白、植物多糖)为包封材料的食品功能成分递送系统(纳米颗粒、微胶囊、Pickering乳液等)的构建及肠道吸收机制研究 缓解心脑血管慢性疾病(高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等)天然功能食品的研制和开发
