个人简介

教授,博士生导师,获得国家杰出青年/优秀青年科学基金资助。主要致力于细菌致病及耐药机制研究,近年来,运用基因组学角度深入解析了猪链球菌、沙门氏菌、弯曲杆菌等病原菌致病的分子机制,发现了多个新型未知耐药机制,解析了这些耐药基因的遗传环境,阐明了其传播流行扩散的分子机制。主持国家自然科学基金及科技部国家重点研发计划课题7项;近五年,申请人以第一作者或者通讯作者(含共同)发表论文30余篇;先后受邀在国际动物疾病研究者会议(CRWAD)、空肠弯曲菌及相关细菌国际会议(CHRO)、环球食品安全及抗生素耐药性国际会议等做学术报告;参与编写5部英文专著,参与翻译《Plumb’s兽药手册》、《猪病学》等著作3部,参与制定兽药残留国家标准1项;目前担任《Microbiology Spectrum》编辑,还担任中国畜牧兽医学会兽医食品卫生学分会常务理事、北京市畜牧兽医学会理事、中国畜牧兽医学会兽医药理学和毒理学分会理事。 教育经历 2007.08-2012.05 爱荷华州立大学兽医学院 博士 2003.09-2006.07 中国农业大学动物医学院 硕士 1999.09-2003.07 中国农业大学生物学院 本科 工作经历 2018.12-至今 中国农业大学动物医学院 教授 2016.03-2018.12 中国农业大学动物医学院 副教授 2012.05-2016.03 爱荷华州立大学兽医学院 博士后
