研究领域
肿瘤细胞信号转导以及动物抗病毒感染机制研究。具体方向包括:1) 比较肿瘤学与细胞信号转导调控(Comparative Oncology & Signaling Transduction),主要以禽类和伴侣动物多发的肿瘤性疾病为模型,与人类肿瘤疾病进行比较医学方面的研究,侧重于研究肿瘤发生和发展的信号转导机制及调控途径。2) 病毒与宿主相互作用机制(Herpes virus & Host Interaction),主要以人类和动物模式病毒(如疱疹病毒HSV-1和PRV等)为模型和载体,研究病毒感染与宿主间的相互作用机制,重点关注病毒与宿主天然免疫信号分子的互作机制,并为动物和人类肿瘤疾病的基因和药物治疗提供载体。3)亚细胞核体(PML-NBs)的功能与调控。4)化学小分子的抗肿瘤和抗病毒活性
