个人简介

1993年毕业于复旦大学遗传学专业,获得理学博士学位。之后分别在上海医科大学(复旦大学医学部)、日本大阪大学细胞及分子生物学研究所、美国内布拉斯加大学医学中心、加拿大麦克马斯特大学医学部等单位从事教学和科研工作。2005年归国至今在中国农业大学动物医学院从事纳米兽药和纳米佐剂相关科研工作,承担过“863计划”,“国家科技支撑计划”等课题。研究工作集中在两个方面:(1)纳米兽药:纳米兽药的构建、纳米技术促进兽药吸收、改善兽药功效的作用、影响因素及其机理,纳米兽药的安全性等;(2)纳米佐剂:纳米佐剂的构建、纳米佐剂对抗原蛋白和基因疫苗细胞和体液免液的增强作用、纳米粒的理化特征对其佐剂效应的影响等。获得了具有自主知识产权的成果,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文20余篇,在该领域取得一系列创新性成果发表在Part Fibre Toxicol,Nanomedicine,Colloids Surf B Biointerfaces,Int J Nanomedicine,IET Nanobiotechnol., Drug Deliv.等极具行业影响力期刊。 获得内蒙古科技进步一等奖、中华农业科技奖二等奖、“北京市科学技术奖二等奖”等省市级奖励。获得授权发明专利多项,参与制定奶牛性控国家标准2项。

研究领域

研究工作集中在两个方面:(1)纳米兽药:纳米兽药的构建、纳米技术促进兽药吸收、改善兽药功效的作用、影响因素及其机理,纳米兽药的安全性等;(2)纳米佐剂:纳米佐剂的构建、纳米佐剂对抗原蛋白和基因疫苗细胞和体液免液的增强作用、纳米粒的理化特征对其佐剂效应的影响等
