个人简介

刘明耀教授1992年获美国马里兰大学细胞生物学博士学位, 1993年到1998年先后在美国约翰-霍普金斯大学医学院神经科学系和加州理工学院生物学部做博士后研究,1999-2007年在美国德克萨斯农工大学生物科学与技术研究所任助理教授,副教授,和终身教授。2007年受聘回国筹建华东师范大学生命医学研究所并任所长,2012年担任生命科学学院院长

G-蛋白偶联受体及其信号转导在发育和疾病中的作用 肿瘤发生、发展和转移的分子机理研究 血管新生和抗血管新生药物的分子机制 靶向G-蛋白偶联受体及相关信号途径的新药研发。其在受体信号识别、调控修饰、胞内信号传导以及靶向G蛋白偶联受体的中草药单体筛选与新药研发等
