研究领域

本课题组主要研究低维体系中杂质、退相干效应对量子输运性质的影响。主持自然科学基金优青项目、面上项目、青年项目各1项,并作为骨干成员参与科技部重点研发计划2项。研究系统主要集中于二维超导体和低维拓扑材料体系,目的在于一方面解释相关实验观测结果,另一方面设计原理性低能耗电子、自旋功能器件。
