个人简介

杨天,上海交通大学特别研究员,纳米光子学实验室负责人,教育部新世纪优秀人才。2000年本科毕业于清华大学电子工程系,2006年博士毕业于美国南加州大学电子工程系,2006至2009年在哈佛大学先后任博士后与助理研究员。在过去的工作中,研制了若干半导体量子材料微纳米激光器,包括量子点纳米激光器、边发射光子晶体激光器等;建立了表面等离激元传播、耦合与聚焦的若干理论机制与器件模型;在单个等离激元热点中同时实现了表面增强拉曼散射的超高增强因子和各热点之间的可重复测量,基于此发展出了观察单分子级别化学事件的技术,并观测到了非线性拉曼过程;研制了应用于灵敏生物分子探测和超声探测的光纤端面集成表面等离激元纳米传感器(按时间顺序从前往后排列)。获得了上海市浦江人才计划项目优秀结题,上海市优秀研究生论文指导教师等奖励。
