学习经历 1991年9月 – 1995年6月: 湖北大学生物系,本科,生物教育专业 1997年9月 – 2000年6月: 中国科学院武汉病毒研究所,硕士,生物化学与分子生物学专业 2000年9月 – 2003年6月: 中国疾病预防控制中心,博士,病原生物学专业 工作经历 2003年10月 – 2008年4月: 新加坡基因组研究所,博士后 2008年5月 – 2009年12月: 剑桥大学生物医学研究所,助理研究员 2010年1月 – 至今:上海交通大学,特别研究员,教授

研究领域

主要研发各种高通量技术,利用高通量测序平台在干细胞及肿瘤细胞内开展包括转录组学、转录因子介导的转录调控网络以及表观遗传调控等领域在内的功能基因组学的研究。主要研究方向包括:1)肿瘤细胞转录调控网络;2)干细胞表观遗传修饰及其生物学意义。
